This project was designed during my tenure at Bonsey Jaden agency, in which I collaborated with my UI/UX team members consisting of Irene Wikanta (Head of UI/UX), Fellicia Yonata (Senior UI/UX Designer), Roni Asra (UI/UX Designer), Risang Kuncoro (UI/UX Designer), Julie Ann Jose (UI/UX Designer), Gabriella Chrsitina (UI/UX Design Intern) and the development team.
About
Everise, a global leader in transforming customer service for healthcare, transport, logistics, insurance, financial services, and tech businesses, faced challenges with its existing website, which did not effectively showcase its dynamic capabilities, compromising the essence and coherence of its brand. To address this, Everise engaged Bonsey Jaden to design a corporate website that balances a clean, modern aesthetic with vibrant branding elements, distinguishing it from typical corporate sites.

Challenge
The primary challenge was to create a website that effectively reflects Everise's technological prowess and vibrant culture while ensuring a user-friendly interface. The design needed to balance professionalism with a lively, engaging atmosphere, appealing to a diverse audience across multiple industries.
Design Process
Phase 1: Comprehensive Assessment
We started by evaluating Everise's existing website to identify areas that needed improvement. This included enhancing the information architecture for better user navigation and aligning the website’s visuals with the brand’s identity.
Phase 2: Collaborative Design Development
To work efficiently, the team divided tasks into two streams:
High-Fidelity Design Samples: One group focused on creating high-fidelity mockups to give Everise a clear idea of the site’s visual direction early on.
Content Flow and Wireframes: Another group worked on organizing content flow and creating wireframes based on the improved site structure.
This parallel approach helped us develop the visual design and content structure simultaneously while staying true to Everise’s brand.

Phase 3: Brand Identity Integration
A key focus was embedding Everise’s unique brand into the website. We incorporated the signature "V" logo mark and slanted shapes throughout the design to reinforce brand recognition.
To strike the right balance between professionalism and vibrancy, we carefully curated colors and added subtle micro-interactions. These elements created an engaging user experience that positioned Everise as both a trusted partner and a dynamic workplace.


Phase 4: Design System Development
To ensure consistency across the site and make future updates easier, we created a design system. This included reusable components, standardized typography, and color schemes, giving the website a cohesive and scalable structure.

Final Phase: Development and Rigorous Testing
Once the design was finalized, our development team brought it to life, ensuring it was functional and responsive across all devices and browsers. Rigorous testing was carried out to optimize performance and ensure security, delivering a smooth user experience at launch.


Impact
The redesigned Everise website now reflects the company’s innovation and technological expertise. We built over 70 prototype pages and streamlined various user flows, creating a platform that showcases Everise’s capabilities and reinforces its position as a leader in customer experience solutions.
With its bold design and seamless functionality, the new website highlights Everise’s brand purpose and strengthens its presence in the technology-driven outsourcing sector.
